Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NSHVLL Tech LLC (“NSHVLL Tech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

These terms apply to all services provided by NSHVLL Tech including but not limited to networking, IT services, cybersecurity, security systems installation, home automation, and consulting services.

2. Services Provided

NSHVLL Tech provides professional technology services including but not limited to:

  • Network design and installation

  • Structured cabling

  • IT support and consulting

  • Cybersecurity services

  • Physical security systems (cameras, access control, alarm systems)

  • Home automation solutions

  • Cloud and software integrations

  • Hardware sales and installation

Services may be provided on a project basis, hourly basis, or managed service agreement depending on the contract with the client.

3. Quotes and Proposals

All quotes and proposals provided by NSHVLL Tech:

  • Are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • May change based on updated project scope, manufacturer pricing, or site conditions.

  • Do not include additional work outside the documented scope.

Any additional work requested by the client may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law.

  • NSHVLL Tech reserves the right to pause services or withhold deliverables until outstanding balances are paid.

For hardware purchases, full payment may be required prior to ordering equipment.

5. Hardware and Manufacturer Products

NSHVLL Tech may resell equipment from third-party manufacturers.

  • All manufacturer warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer, not NSHVLL Tech.

  • NSHVLL Tech is not responsible for manufacturer defects, delays, or discontinued products.

  • Equipment returns must comply with manufacturer return policies and restocking fees.

Cloud-based products may require ongoing licensing or subscription fees managed by the manufacturer.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their systems and infrastructure.

  • Ensure proper access to facilities, equipment, and networks required to perform services.

  • Maintain any necessary internet connectivity, power, and environmental conditions for installed equipment.

NSHVLL Tech is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or lack of access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSHVLL Tech shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Third-Party Services

Some solutions installed by NSHVLL Tech rely on third-party platforms or services, including cloud software, internet providers, and hardware manufacturers.

NSHVLL Tech is not responsible for outages, security incidents, or failures caused by these third-party services.

9. Service Interruptions and Maintenance

Certain services may require scheduled maintenance or updates that could temporarily interrupt functionality. NSHVLL Tech will attempt to provide notice when possible.

Emergency service requests may be subject to additional fees.

10. Intellectual Property

All documentation, designs, and system configurations created by NSHVLL Tech remain the intellectual property of NSHVLL Tech unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a license to use these materials for the operation of their systems.

11. Termination of Services

NSHVLL Tech reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received

  • Clients violate these terms

  • Services are used for illegal or unethical activities

Clients may terminate services in accordance with any existing service agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

NSHVLL Tech may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
